I was at my grandparent's house, walking though the hallway and caught myself looking in the mirror. I noticed how thin I was than few weeks ago. A smile grew on my face, I knew all my hard work was finally working. After a while I went home and got on my laptop to talk to a few friends. While they put me on hold when one of their kid wanted something, I opened up one of my picture folder, I was disgusted when I found a photo of me back in the old college days of me in the bar at the pool table with friends. My arms was huge and my tummy was gross. Never again, I will put myself in that unhealthy position. Herbalife helps me get my health back!!
